What kind of lighting do you use?

It doesn't take a lot of energy to light a room no matter what kind of bulb you use, but still, a lot of energy can be saved with more efficient lighting. Fluorescent light bulbs (both CFL and regular tubes) use five times less energy then incandescent, and four times less then halogen ones, LEDs are also pretty good technology. Although many people know about benefits of fluorescent lights they are slowly changing to them, and there are still some untrue myths (mercury poisoning, UV->cataract...) that scare off people. Luckily incandescent bulbs will be banned in a few years in most countries. They are already totally replaced with CFLs and banned in 2005 in Cuba (they don't seem so backward now, do they?). I have changed all incandescent bulbs which are on for more than 30 minutes a day with CFLs or regular tubes where it was possible. It probably saves me 50 KWh per month. Tell me what kind of lights you use and why?
